6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI is provided "as is" for your personal use. We make no claims to AI-generated outputs.

7. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Prices may change with notice
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOOB AI LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoob AI Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, except where prohibited by law.

For disputes under $10,000 USD, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support before initiating legal action.
